So I escaped village life, and spent the weekend in London! Both days were pretty chilled, it was just so nice to forget about everything and spend some time with the bestie! She met me at Paddington and we were pretty close to doing the slow mo run and hug...but we resisted! We wondered around the city, venturing to China Town and Leicester Square. We picked up a few things from Boots, oops, and spent the rest of the evening in. Ordered waaay to much Chinese and had a girly night of nose pore strips and face masks! (A post will be coming soon on both of these!).
Sunday was how a Sunday should be. Staying in bed for most of the morning, and having no plans and going with the flow! We made our way to Greenwich, and stumbled upon the Cutty Sark. It's quite strange to seea ship just sat there! We explored Greenwich Market - the food looked delicious! It was filled with cute stalls selling some amazing products! As it was a sunny day and the rain stayed away, woo, we took a walk through Greenwich Park. It was pretty nippy with the wind though! I imagine it would be great place to spend the day in the summer!
Whilst in Greenwich we stepped into San Miguel tapas bar & restaurant. Again we ordered a lot, ah well, its my week off! Everything was so good! We also had a cheeky afternoon mojito! All in all it was the perfect end to a week off, I almost didn't come back for a few more days!
